A 36-page children's magazine dedicated to the lakes of the African Rift Valley.
The Eco Kids have been visiting the African Rift lakes. Ancient, deep and overflowing with biodiversity, these huge stretches of water provide millions of animals – including humans – with drinking water and food. The Eco Kids met hippos, flamingos and crocodiles, snorkelled with thousands of colourful fish and also saw fish eagles in action. Amy shares the highlights of their adventures in her diary: "Awesome African Lakes." Simon travels to the Medusa Lake, Killer Lakes and the Lost City of Gedi to investigate some bizarre local myths.
