This is my December competition entry hope you like it. Oh and just to say I really love eco kids. It is sooooooo much fun to read and it teaches me so much about wildlife and animals. I often walk home from school really sad because lots of humans are destroying the earth. I watched this program about elephants and one got trapped in a snare it was horrific I can’t believe humans would o that for money. I am so glad that there are people like you around here to spread the word about animals and nature and that it needs our help!!!

Hello Eco Kids, my name is Sohn and I am 10 years old. I live with my family on Haida Gwaii. I don't have a favorite Ice Age mammal—I like them all. It would be awesome to bring them all back but I would worry about the carnivores eating everyone. There would be a lot to figure out before doing something like that.

My name is Joshua. I am 7 years old. I would like to bring a sabre toothed tiger back to life to see how it lived in the Ice Age time. If we used its DNA, scientists could bring it back to life and we can find out how fast they can run. I want it to be able to run wild, but maybe in a national park, so it can be monitored. That's it from me for now.
